How to config PPTP/L2TP VPN on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch?
We recommend you log into your member area to download and install Apple Config File on your iPhone, iPad & iTouch
Please follow below steps to set your vpn connection on your iphone/ipad/ipod touch:
1. Click "settings"
2. Click "General"
3. Click "Network"
4. Click "VPN"
5. Click "Add VPN Configuration..."
6. Click "PPTP" and fill in your vpn account detail
7. Type in any words you like to item "Description", such as "VPNGates.com"
8. Type in server ip to item "Server"
9. Type in vpn account username to item "Account"
10. Set "RSA SecurID" as "OFF"
11. Type in vpn account password to item "password"
12. Set "Encryption Level" as "Auto"
13. Set "Send All Traffic" as "ON"
14. Proxy Choose "Off"
15. Click button "Save" to save your settings.
Please follow below steps to set your L2TP vpn connection on your iphone/ipad/ipod touch:
1. Click "settings"
2. Click "General"
3. Click "VPN"
4. Click "Add VPN Configuration..."
5. Choose "L2TP" for Type and fill in your vpn account detail
6. Type in any words you like to item "Description", such as "VPNGates.com"
7. Type in server ip to item "Server"
8. Type in vpn account username to item "Account"
9. Set "RSA SecurID" as "OFF"
10. Type in vpn account password to item "password"
11. Type in "vpngates" for Secret
12. Set "Send All Traffic" as "ON"
13. Proxy Choose "Off"
14. Click button "Save" to save your settings.
